I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and quiet with great views, equipped with everything I needed, and the excellent complimentary breakfast was a definite highlight. The service was top-notch, always striving to make me happy, and the friendly staff made my visit enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring downtown McAllen, although it was a bit noisy due to neighboring bars. The dining experience was good overall, despite a few hiccups, and the facilities provided everything I required.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were nice and comfortable, but they missed making up my bed. The service, from Laura at the front desk to Ray the shuttle driver, was amazing - so polite and helpful. The location downtown with free airport shuttles every 20 minutes was perfect for exploring but a bit noisy due to nearby bars at night. The dining experience was good, especially during the floods when Cecilia and Juan took care of me at breakfast. Overall, a great option in McAllen.

The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms with a walk-out porch overlooking the pool area, just as shown in the photos. The staff, especially Marivel, were exceptional. The location, close to downtown with free airport shuttles, was safe and convenient for exploring the area. The dining experience was good, although there were some hiccups. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
